While we’re confident in our premium equipment selection, we know that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Our policy is designed with the serious player in mind – straightforward, fair, and focused on getting you the right gear for your position.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
• Item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
• All tags, labels, and protective wrapping are intact
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom Gloves: Personalized or custom-fit gloves (from our “Custom” menu category)
• Used Equipment: Any item showing signs of use, wear, or damage not present at shipping
• Intimate Fitting Items: Products where hygiene prevents resale
• Clearance Items: Specifically marked as final sale

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our equipment experts will:

• Review your request
• Send a return authorization email if approved
• Provide the return shipping address and any special instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

• All items are in original packaging with tags attached
• Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
• Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insurance for high-value items)
• Ship to the address provided in your authorization email

Step 4: Processing by Our Team

Once we receive your return:

• We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
• Process your refund or exchange once inspection is complete
• Send a confirmation email with details of your refund or exchange shipment

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

• Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
• Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, unless return is due to our error
• Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility, except for defective items

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Visa, MasterCard, JCB purchases refunded to the same card
• PayPal purchases refunded to your PayPal account

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

• Follow the same process as returns
• Clearly state the product you wish to exchange for in your request
• We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the return
• Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

International Returns

For our international customers (serving worldwide with limited exceptions):

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
